HLP2 Cardboard Packet and Carton Packing Line is used to pack the cigarettes in length of 84-100mm with different diameter, in different arrangement. It can automatically complete the operations of hinge-lid cardboard packet packing. it contain YB43, stamper YTB, wrapping YB59, carton YB69 and carton over wrapper YB99.
YTB Stamper can be installed on the hard packing line with different specifications. It can accomplish sticking tax mark on the packet. The machine has the function of automatic detection and automatic rejection. With the motor, it can form its independent transmission system. This unit contains compact structure, movement in succession, run steadily, stick fast and accuracy.
YB69A Carton Packing Machine is used to wrap the small film-packed packets into the pre_cut and folded blank. It can put the Packets in carton with different types: European style or American style, 5-5 horizontal box, 5-5 vertical box, 1×10 vertical, 4×5 20 packets horizontal box. It adopts the advanced PLC programmable control system with the function of packet missing detection, automatic rejection and fault display. It is easy for operation and maintenance.
YB59A Packet Film Packing Machine is mainly used in the outer packing cardboard packet. Through the improvement and adjustment of the parts. It can meet the demand for different box type size. It may also add the film printed registration system, tear tape driving structure, packets evacuation device while stop and the rejection of defective products.
YB43A Cardboard packet packing machine is used for collate the cigarettes and fill them into aluminum foil bundle and inner frame, putting into the blanks to form one packet through gluing. This machine can accomplish packing of standard, round corner different diameters, different quantity and different collation.
It was developed on the basis of X2 SC/4350/PACK-OW, whose technology was introduced through the Technology Transfer Agreement between G.D. Italy, and China National Tobacco Corp. As a domestic product, GDX2 consists of an YB15 Tray Feeder, an YB45 Hinge-lid Packer, an YB55A Cellophaner.
GDX2 Cigarette Packing Machines, a high-speed model, has the capability of producing 400 hinge-lid packets per minute.
This product is used for wrapping of cigarette packets with cellophane (normally BOPP film), so as to keep the moisture content of cigarette unchanged and cigarette flavor fresh inside the packet. A tear tape is also winded around the cellophane for easy opening of packet.
GDX1 Cigarette Packing Machine is also a medium-speed model, capable of producing 400 soft packets per minute. It was developed on the basis of X1SC/4350/PACK-OW, which technology was introduced through the Technology Transfer Agreement between G.D, and China National Tobacco Corp. It consists of an YB15 Tray Feeder, an YB25 Cigarette Soft Packer, an YB55 Cellophaner, an YB65 Cartoner and an YB95 Overwrapper.
ZWXB-300 is fully automatic vertical machine, auto making bags (pipe style bag), filling and sealing. It is suitable for packing pipe bags and sachet (stick style). Packing films passes lapel style pipe former, and do a series of working, along with a vertical filling device to seal. Horizontal and then inside pipe fill packing material, horizontal sealing and cutting. Sealing style is jointing. It is widely used for Filter Khaini, Snuff, Snus, SKOAL-BANDITS, SIMILAR PRODUCTS.
