ZWXB-100 is four-side/3-side seal zipper bag type automatic packaging machine. It can be used to foodstuff, chemical industry, agriculture, native nonstaple food and other industries. This machine is a kind of machine which can pack all kinds of loose shape, non-coherent granulated material and several sachets. This machine consists of five parts: vertical sealing, horizontal sealing, traction, notch and cut. It can finish bag forming, measuring, filling, cut, seal, and convey finished product and other functions. 

3. Packing material:

ZWXB-100: Heat sealing compound material; it's thickness must be even, two sides must be neat when rolls again. And the surface must be level up and the composite must be fastness. The framework inner hole's diameter of packaging material is 75mm. And the outer annulus's diameter should less than 300mm. The packaging material's two sides print the sign of the photoelectric control. The sign's width should not less than 4mm and the length should not less than 8mm. It's forbidden to print any words or trademark sign near to the border of printed sign, in this way it can avoid error action. The printing sign must be bright and even. And the color contrast is large which compare with the basic material's color. ZWXB-300: Double faces heat sealing filter paper from Germany.
